(258) Agatston Calcium Score Assessment of Plaque Calcification in Peyronie’s Disease

Abstract Introduction Peyronie’s disease (PD) is characterized by penile pain, deformation and curvature, sexual dysfunction, psychological implications. Fibrosis plaque formation are often part of PD pathophysiology. Calcified plaques can alter treatment planning. Penile ultrasound with Doppler (PUS) used to exclude erectile dysfunction identify plaques. However, extent distribution be obscured acoustic shadowing, limiting complete characterization. Non-contrast pelvis computed tomography (CT) provides a noninvasive method in 3 dimensions quantify Ca burden. Objective Our objective was utilize Agatston scoring measure burden patients Peyronie's disease.
